Temple

I grew up with Feng Shui, so it was always something familiar to me. But if I'm being truthful, a lot of it felt more like superstition than something I could fully understand or explain. That all changed when I began studying with Nixie Marie.

I started with Spellbound Spaces during an incredibly challenging time. We were dealing with the devastating Southern California wildfires and evacuations, and there was so much uncertainty around us. Yet this beautiful community Nixie created became such a grounding, nurturing, and supportive space. It felt like a little sanctuary in the middle of the chaos.

And the teachings were powerful! I remember moving my desk into its power position and creating an intentional money altar. Not long afterward, I began noticing more money and opportunities flowing into my life. As a financial wellness coach, I was fascinated by the connection between our physical spaces, our energy, and our relationship with money and abundance.

I wanted to learn more. So I took the leap into Temple, Nixie's more intensive Feng Shui certification program. And WOW. What a journey!

Temple opened up an entirely new level of understanding for me. I absolutely loved diving into the history, philosophy, mathematical calculations, and traditional principles behind Feng Shui. I finally began to understand the why behind the practices, rather than simply following decorating tips or remedies you might find in a Google search.

There's something incredibly empowering about learning how to assess a home, make specific calculations, understand its energetic patterns, and thoughtfully recommend remedies based on a much deeper system of knowledge.

What once felt like superstition now feels like a beautiful intersection of ancient wisdom, mathematics, intuition, and intentional living.

But what truly makes the Feng Shui Mystery School special is Nixie herself. She's an extraordinary teacher who has a gift for making complicated subjects feel digestible and accessible. She's patient, generous with her knowledge, and creates a space where you feel safe to ask questions, explore, and grow.

And she's so much more than a teacher. She's also a wonderful coach. She knows when to hold space, when to gently reflect something back to you, and when to challenge you to see things differently. She doesn't sugarcoat things, which I genuinely appreciate! She shares her own experiences, including her mistakes and triumphs, so we can learn from her real-life journey, not just a textbook. And of course, she brings her own beautiful sense of magic and spirituality to everything she does.

One of the things I admire most about Nixie is that she truly sees and honors the unique gifts and talents of each of her students. She's not trying to create a bunch of mini-Nixies! She wants us to take what we've learned and bring it into the world in ways that are authentically our own.

That means so much to me, because my intention was never to abandon my work as a financial wellness coach, but to deepen it. To bring another dimension of wisdom and transformation to the people I serve.

I'm incredibly grateful I followed my curiosity into Spellbound Spaces and then continued into Temple. I came in wanting to learn more about Feng Shui, but I'm walking away with so much more: a deeper understanding of my environment, a new way to support my clients, and a beautiful community of kindred spirits.

If you're curious about Feng Shui, whether you're just beginning or feel called to study it on a deeper level, I can't recommend Nixie and the Feng Shui Mystery School enough. It's so much more than learning how to arrange your home. It's learning to see your space, your energy, and your possibilities through an entirely new lens.

With love & gratitude, Katy
